Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains how the Mokio team at 60db.ai handles information for mokio.dev and our Discord bot and dashboard. Mokio is currently in private testing. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@udit.co.
Visiting this website
This public website is a static information site. It has no account forms, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or application cookies. Cloudflare hosts and delivers it and may process technical request data such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include so that we can respond. Do not send passwords or bot tokens.
Discord and dashboard information
When you sign into a configured Mokio dashboard through Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar reference, and server membership and permission information needed to check access. We do not receive your Discord password or request your email through the current login scopes.
OAuth access tokens and dashboard sessions are held in server memory, not stored in the application database. Sessions expire when the access token expires or after 12 hours, whichever is sooner, and end on restart. The dashboard uses necessary session and temporary OAuth security cookies.
The bot processes Discord events relevant to enabled modules, including member joins and departures, messages, interactions, and voice-state changes. Message content may be processed for moderation and automation. Mokio does not create a general message-history archive.
Information saved by enabled modules
- Server configuration: server, channel, role and member identifiers, module settings, message templates, custom command responses, feed URLs, and scheduled message content.
- Member activity: Discord user IDs, XP, levels, virtual balances, and timestamps needed for cooldowns and daily credits.
- Community events: poll options and votes, giveaway entries and results, ticket creator and channel records, and temporary voice-room records.
- Birthdays: the month and day a member submits, linked to their Discord user ID. No birth year is collected by this feature.
- Operations and moderation: actions, warnings, reasons, member identifiers, timestamps, and error or delivery information needed to operate and troubleshoot the bot.
Records are stored in the operator’s SQLite database. Authorized server managers can view settings, recent activity, event records, and leaderboard information for their server. Some results, such as leaderboard rankings, poll outcomes, and birthday announcements, are posted in Discord according to server configuration. Ticket messages remain in Discord; closing a ticket archives access rather than deleting messages.
Optional AI question sharing
AI is disabled by default and requires an operator-configured provider key. If the module is enabled and you choose to submit a question with /ask, the question, configured system prompt, and model choice are sent to the configured AI endpoint, which defaults to OpenRouter. OpenRouter and the selected model provider process that request under their own terms and privacy practices.
The current request does not include your Discord ID or conversation history, but anything you put in the question is shared. Mokio does not save a conversation history for this feature. Provider retention depends on the provider and configuration; do not assume requests are deleted immediately or excluded from provider training. See OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy. Do not submit private or sensitive information.
Why information is used and shared
We use information to operate requested features, authorize server management, respond to support requests, and maintain security. Discord receives bot actions and messages. Hosting and infrastructure services process information needed to run their services. AI requests go to the configured AI service only through the optional feature described above.
We do not sell Discord API data or use it to train our own AI models. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect the service. Providers may process data in countries other than your own.
Retention, removal, and your choices
Persistent bot records do not currently have an automatic retention or deletion schedule. They remain until the operator removes them. Removing the bot or disabling a module does not automatically delete existing records. Discord messages and any provider-held records are subject to those providers’ controls.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@udit.co with your Discord user ID and relevant server ID. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority. Do not send your password. We will review requests and applicable legal obligations; some records may need to be retained where legally required. Server administrators can disable modules or remove the bot, and users can revoke dashboard authorization in Discord.
Security, age requirements, and updates
We restrict dashboard management to authorized server managers and use access controls and secure cookies on HTTPS deployments. No system guarantees complete security. Report suspected issues to our contact address.
Mokio is intended for users eligible to use Discord under its age requirements. Contact us if you believe an ineligible child has provided personal information. We will update this policy as the service changes, with the revision date shown here.
