Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms cover mokio.dev and the Mokio Discord bot and dashboard operated by the Mokio team at 60db.ai. Contact contact@udit.co with questions. By using Mokio, you agree to these terms.
Access and eligibility
Mokio is an initial release in private testing. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or ended. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements for your location and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Installing or configuring Mokio requires authority to manage the relevant server. Review the requested permissions, role hierarchy, and enabled modules. You are responsible for the settings, content, and actions you authorize.
Use Mokio responsibly
Do not use Mokio for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, impersonation, privacy violations, or attempts to compromise a service. Do not bypass access controls or misuse bot permissions. We may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns, or platform requirements.
Economy credits are in-server virtual points, not money. Mokio does not provide redemption for cash or facilitate gambling. Keep giveaways and community activities lawful.
Content and optional AI
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us to process and send that content as needed to perform the features you request. Only submit content you have permission to use. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
When enabled, the optional AI assistant sends questions submitted through /ask to the configured external AI service. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal information, or another person’s private content. AI output can be incorrect or inappropriate; review it before relying on or sharing it.
Availability and limitations
Mokio depends on Discord, hosting, and any configured external providers. Features may fail or change; scheduled actions can be delayed or duplicated. Moderation requires human oversight. Ticket closure archives access and does not delete conversation history.
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Stopping use and updates
You can stop using Mokio and server administrators can remove it from a server. Removal does not automatically erase stored records. Contact us to request data access or deletion.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The revised date will appear here. Material changes will be communicated to participating server administrators where practicable. Contact us if you do not agree with an update.
